Colonel By Day’s weather should be the perfect ending to the long weekend’s mixed bag.

Monday’s forecast calls for mainly sunny skies with a high of 23 C and a touch of humidity making it feel closer to 25. The UV index 7 or high.

The low will dip to a comfortable 13 C under partly cloudy skies.

Tuesday should start out mainly sunny with clouds rolling in near noon. The wind will kick up a bit at 20km/h gusting to 40 hm/h late in the morning. The high will reach 26 C, with a humidex of 30 and a low of 14 C.  UV index 8 or very high.

For mid-week, expected mixed skies with a return to increasingly highs: 27 C Wednesday and 28 C Thursday and 29 C Friday.
