Police reported Friday evening in a media release that officers were sent to the home around 2:15 p.m. following a report that a woman had allegedly sent a video in which she threatened to harm herself and others, and showed herself to be in possession of guns.

Due to the possible presence of firearms, members of the tactical unit responded to the scene in the police armoured vehicle. Police reported that officers were eventually able to make contact with the woman and take her into custody without incident.

A search of the home following the woman’s arrest reportedly turned up two replica firearms.
